The Coorong is an area in South Australia that includes freshwater lakes, saltwater lagoons, wetlands and beaches.
It is a large body of water that stretches along the coast of South Australia. It is around 110 kilometres long, can get up to five kilometres wide and is no deeper than two or three metres.
The Coorong is home to many native Australian animals and plants. It is a beautiful, natural place in Australia.
